A worker died, and another was injured early Wednesday morning when a section of an under-construction tunnel on the Indore-Ichhapur highway near Simrol collapsed. The incident occurred at Tunnel Number 3 due to rainfall loosening the surrounding soil, causing the outer face to give way. Authorities are investigating the incident and working to clear the debris.
