Meta has filed a lawsuit in Hong Kong against Joy Timeline HK Limited, the company behind CrushAI, an app generating nonconsensual nude images. The lawsuit aims to block CrushAI from advertising on Facebook and Instagram, where 90% of its traffic originated. Meta is also sharing removed ads with other tech platforms and improving detection technology.
