Ahaan Panday’s debut film, Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri, is making significant waves in the box office landscape. Initially, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt’s Son Of Sardaar 2 was slated for a July 25 release but has been postponed to August 1 to avoid clashing with Saiyaara. This strategic delay means Son Of Sardaar 2 will now compete with Dharma Productions’ Dhadak 2.

Streaming and Hollywood Competition

While Hindi cinema takes a brief pause in theatrical releases, Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Sarzameen will premiere directly on JioHotstar on July 25. Additionally, Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s Param Sundari has been delayed indefinitely. The only significant competition for Saiyaara during this period comes from Hollywood, with The Fantastic Four: First Steps releasing this Friday. As the 37th installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this film boasts a substantial budget of $200 million.
