David Cutler, a health economist, is now interim dean of Social Sciences at Harvard University. He previously held the same position. Cutler advised the Clinton and Obama administrations. He helped shape the Affordable Care Act. His book, ‘Your Money or Your Life,’ addressed U.S. health care issues. Cutler’s work focuses on making economics understandable.
