Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s decision to have their son, AbRam, via surrogacy significantly boosted awareness and acceptance of the procedure in India, revealed Dr. Jatin Shah. The IVF expert noted a surge in surrogacy inquiries, including from Bollywood figures and international clients, after AbRam’s birth in 2013.
