Officer David Rose, aged 33, was responding to a call near the CDC campus when he was critically wounded by gunfire. The shooting occurred shortly before 5 p.m., with White allegedly opening fire and hitting multiple CDC buildings. Images from the scene revealed numerous shell casings scattered across the pavement, highlighting the severity of the attack.
