In a shocking incident in Gurugram, a 42-year-old man named Harish was fatally stabbed by his live-in partner, Yashmeet Kaur, following a heated argument. The couple, who had been residing together in DLF Phase-3 for over a year, were embroiled in frequent disputes, primarily due to Harish’s visits to his wife and children. On the day of the incident, tensions escalated, leading to the tragic stabbing.
Harish, originally from Baliyavas in Gurugram, was involved in a relationship with 27-year-old Yashmeet Kaur from Ashok Vihar, Delhi. Despite being married with children, Harish had been living with Kaur for more than a year. Their relationship was marked by frequent altercations, often triggered by Harish’s continued connection with his family.
On the fateful Saturday, an argument between the couple intensified, resulting in Kaur stabbing Harish with a knife. Following the attack, Harish was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries during treatment. The incident has left the community in shock and raised questions about domestic violence and relationship dynamics.
Hours before the stabbing, Harish’s nephew Bharat reported that his uncle had returned from work in Faridabad and taken Rs 7 lakh from him. Harish then left in a car driven by another individual named Vijay. Later that night, Harish contacted Bharat to arrange for a food delivery payment. The following morning, Bharat received a call from Kaur informing him of Harish’s death.
Following the incident, Kaur was arrested and the weapon used in the attack was seized by authorities. Vijay is currently being questioned by police as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the Rs 7 lakh transaction and its potential link to the incident. The investigation aims to uncover further details about the motives behind this tragic event.
