In a deeply unsettling incident that has left the Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh reeling, a man is accused of murdering his partner and her young daughter. The alleged crime took place in Ganjbasoda’s Ward Number 8, where the suspect reportedly strangled both victims before spending the night beside their bodies. This gruesome act has sent shockwaves through the local community, leaving residents in disbelief.
The most disturbing aspect of this case is the confession allegedly left by the suspect, written in lipstick on the wall above the victims. The message read, “I killed her… she lied to me… she had a relationship with someone else…” This chilling note has become a crucial piece of evidence for investigators as they work to unravel the events leading up to the murders.
The victims have been identified as 36-year-old Ramsakhi Kushwaha and her three-year-old daughter, Manvi. Ramsakhi had been living separately from her husband and was in a live-in relationship with the accused, Raja alias Anuj Vishwakarma. Neighbors reported frequent arguments between the couple but were unprepared for such a violent outcome.
Upon discovering the lipstick-written confession, police quickly focused their investigation on Anuj Vishwakarma. With no immediate CCTV footage available, the message on the wall provided a vital clue. Forensic analysis confirmed that it was written shortly after the murders, helping authorities establish a timeline and identify Anuj as the primary suspect. He has since been arrested, and further investigations are ongoing.
Given the nature of the crime and Anuj’s behavior following it, police are also assessing his mental state. The calmness with which he allegedly remained at the scene after committing such heinous acts has raised questions about his psychological condition. Authorities are keen to understand his motives and mental health as part of their comprehensive investigation.
