Belarusian Grandmaster Mihail Nikitenko joined Abhijeet Gupta in the lead at the 21st Delhi International Open Grandmasters Chess Tournament after defeating Luka Paichadze. Gupta, a former champion, drew with Manuel Petrosyan. The tournament, featuring over 2,500 players and a record prize pool, continues with GMs SL Narayan and others close behind the leaders.
