NASA Confirms Axiom-4 Launch with Indian Pilot Shubhanshu Shukla

NASA has announced that the Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4) to the International Space Station is set to launch on June 25, following previous postponements. This mission marks a significant milestone as Indian Air Force pilot Shubhanshu Shukla, representing the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), will serve as the mission pilot. Shukla’s participation is particularly noteworthy as he becomes the second Indian to venture into space, following in the footsteps of Rakesh Sharma, who made history in 1984.
