Courtney Tamagny, the daughter of Leonia Police Chief Scott Tamagny, has filed a lawsuit alleging that she endured over a decade of sexual abuse and torture at the hands of her father, his neighbor Kevin Slevin, and others. The abuse reportedly began in 2009 when she was just four years old and continued until 2020. According to the lawsuit, these acts were part of “satanic rituals” conducted in their North Jersey community.
Ms. Tamagny has spoken publicly about her experiences, including on the podcast ‘We’re All Insane,’ where she described a network of individuals involved in satanic cult activities. She claimed that her father’s “bloodline” and several neighbors participated in these rituals, which allegedly included child trafficking, ritualistic rape, and even burnings in local woods. She recounted that these events were designed to instill fear and silence among victims.
The lawsuit details horrific acts purportedly carried out by masked cult members, including drugging, raping, and threatening Ms. Tamagny and her siblings. She described secret tunnels used for these rituals, which involved “drum circles” and “taking kids’ blood.” The abuse allegedly took place both at home and in nearby forested areas.
The trauma from these events resurfaced for Ms. Tamagny during treatment for genital pain in 2022, leading to an official abuse complaint filed by her therapist. Since then, she and her mother have actively sought justice through public platforms like podcasts and social media, as well as a Change.org petition demanding the dismissal of Chief Tamagny.
Both Scott Tamagny and Kevin Slevin have denied the allegations. Slevin has filed a slander countersuit against Ms. Tamagny, asserting that the claims have been thoroughly investigated up to the federal level without substantiation.
