Police not recovery agents: Telangana HC; Judge refuses plea; says go to civil court for money recovery

The Telangana High Court has firmly stated that police forces cannot be directed to act as recovery agents in financial disputes. Justice T Vinod Kumar dismissed a petition by V Satish Kumar, who sought police intervention to recover money from P Dinesh.
