She accused the board of undermining the family legacy by appointing Priya Sachdev Kapur, Sunjay’s wife, as a non-executive director without family consultation. Sunjay Kapur’s estate management is now under the purview of his wife, Priya Sachdev Kapur. His children with Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kiaan, have been provided for through bonds worth Rs 14 crore and a monthly income of Rs 10 lakh each. Additionally, Karisma Kapoor received ownership of a house previously owned by Sunjay’s father.
