During the confrontation, Olivares allegedly damaged a side mirror on an ICE vehicle and chased the agents recklessly down the roadway, posing a threat to other motorists.

Legal Proceedings and Charges

Olivares, a U.S. citizen, was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges of criminal mischief and is being held on a $500 bond. At the time of his arrest, Olivares was already out on bond for a felony drug possession charge.
