Gage, Till, and Kaden Helms, known as 3n1trilogy online, are 18-year-old triplets who have taken to social media to share their Christian faith. They believe that Generation Z is “The Chosen Generation” and are using platforms like Instagram to plant the seeds of faith among their peers. Despite the negative content often found on social media, Gage believes that God is using these platforms for good through Christian influencers. The brothers aim to reach other young people with the gospel, demonstrating that following Jesus is both fulfilling and bold.
The Helms brothers launched their social media presence to encourage others to find Jesus. Till emphasizes that Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life,” and they want to be bold in sharing this message. Kaden adds that they aim to let people know they can be bold for Jesus without shame. Their journey began when they convinced their mother to let them join Instagram, quickly amassing over 220,000 followers with content rooted in Scripture.
Their breakthrough came with a back-to-school video encouraging kids to be “the light” at school by speaking out about faith or showing kindness. The video garnered more views than the Panthers Stadium holds people in one night, highlighting their potential impact. Till reflects on this moment as a realization of their ability to make a positive difference through social media.
The Helms brothers believe their generation is hungry for true fulfillment, which they find through faith in Jesus. Till notes that while social media can lead to anxiety and depression by fostering comparisons, Jesus offers true freedom and peace. Kaden points out that many young people turn away from temporary pleasures like partying and drugs, seeking something eternal instead.
Despite their growing platform, the brothers remain grounded in their mission. Kaden expresses daily joy in having Jesus on his side, emphasizing the freedom and fulfillment found in faith. This fall, the triplets will attend Gardner-Webb University and continue wrestling while maintaining their focus on spreading the gospel.
